Perry N. Halkitis, PhD, MS, MPH

Perry N. Halkitis, PhD, MS, MPH, has served as Dean of the Rutgers School of Public Health since 2017 and is Hunterdon Professor of Public Health & Health Equity and Distinguished Professor of Biostatistics & Epidemiology. He is also Founder and Director of the Center for Health, Identity, Behavior & Prevention Studies (CHIBPS) and holds the status of Professor Emeritus at New York University. In addition to his appointment in the School of Public Health, he also holds faculty appointments in the Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology, and the School of Public Affairs and Administration.
